Esi Mills-Robertson is Director, Inclusive Banking at Fidelity Bank Ghana Limited, spearheading the Financial Inclusion agenda of the bank.
She was the Head, Marketing and subsequently Director, Personal & Private Banking. During her role as Head, Marketing, her extensive experience in Brand Marketing, Strategic Management, Consumer Insight, and Integrated Marketing Communications won the bank several prestigious Marketing awards.
As Director, Inclusive Banking, Esi has implemented innovative inclusive models targeted at youth, women, and vulnerable groups as part of Fidelity Bank’s strategy to reach the last mile. Most recent of her leadership in inclusive innovation model is the development and role out of digital platform which allows Fidelity customers and prospective customer to access financial literacy/information via an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) platform.
Prior to joining Fidelity Bank, she spent almost a decade with Unilever Ghana leaving as marketing manager.
She holds an MBA (Marketing) from the University of Ghana.
